Ian , they never do, I am sure we all come across these people in our clubs, federations and unions, who shout their mouths off constantly, and talk down others who volunteer to take on positions of responsibility. I believe, that we are better without them, but this is my opinion only Although I do feel that an official to say "I am not a postie" is wrong, but I would certainly have challenged him/her on this, but this would not make me turn my back on my club, federation or union. Stay within and fight for improvement.

Hi folks lets get back to PIGEONS I would like to ask, what preparations do fanciers take, when planning to send a hen/cock to a race over 500miles? 1. When do you pair these birds? 2. Do you allow them to rear youngsters, if so how many rounds? 3. How many races prior to the big race, and what sort of distances are these races? 4.
