I agree, however for some reason they liberate them at 15 minute intervals :-/

Nothing wrong with the ETS ring then :-/ sounds like HUMAN ERROR, on 2 accounts, 1. the guy putting the bird through should be listening for the "double bleep" 2. the guy watching the base station, should have noticed the bird did not register :-/
