  1. Once again thank you for all your replies, however, would be nice to be given the correct procedure, rather then people saying "they think " this is what they would do, I have never had to address this problem within my club, but would like to know what to do, as and when it occurs, as it surely will, and I for one, do not want to be responsible for loosing members data, or giving out, an incorrect velocity, Yet again I ask any UNIKON Reps. out there, if they can clarify this procedure? Thank you.
  2. Would be appreciated if a UNIKON Rep, would come on and give us a step by step instruction on this issue :-/ it seems that the only way you can get instruction info, is by word of mouth, I am not aware of any UNIKON manual that gives such instruction :-/
  3. Dougie, should you no be working, instead of taking photos? ;D ;D ;D
  4. Top widowhood flyer, once told me, that he wanted his widowhood cocks to do the majority of their flyng on a race day, and did not care how much they flew around the loft during the week. I personally shut my cocks out for an hour both morning and night, and let them fly as they choose.I do not flag them.
  5. Happy Birthday to both of you
  6. not sure, maybe a mod could help you

  18. OK lets get this well worth auction going, LOT 1 £20
  19. The date of original liberation is set prior to basketing birds, and this info I believe is stored in order to work out the result and velocities :-/ as I said a couple of local clubs have told me, they experienced problems when the actual date of liberation was different from the proposed date :-/
  20. Conditions of sale: • Opening bids are £20 per bird, unless otherwise stated. • Minimum bids of £5 after the opening bid. • Bidding opens at 6pm on Friday 17th April and closes at 9pm Sunday 19th April. • No bids will be accepted after 9pm on the Sunday. • You can PM myself with your bids, clearly stating the lot nos and amount or you can post them against the auction advert. • Winning bidders will be contacted on close of auction. All payments to be made within 7 days from close of sale otherwise they will be offered to the under bidder. • Purchasers to arrange for, and pay carriage on birds. HOPE THIS HELPS
  21. Scenario; you get your ets set 2night for 2moro,s race, and the birds go, poor weather conditions result in a holdover, and birds are not liberated till the Sunday, remembering when marking the date set was for a Saturday race, when taking the clocks off on the Sunday night, do you have to do anything, to ensure the clock knows the liberation was a day later? the reason I ask, is because I have heard that if no action is taken, then the systems assumes a Saturday liberation, and this results in a false velocity. Any advice would be helpful, thank you
  22. I was wondering if any forum members would like to join me in giving both Richard and Gemma some possitive feedback for a change, considering some of the negative feedback they have had to deal with lately. I believe they both do a great job, giving us this GREAT SITE, which I enjoy very much, not to forget the others who contribute to the smooth running of the site so please feel free to add your POSSITIVE FEEDBACK to this thread Thank You "IT,S NICE TO BE NICE"
  23. Just a wee reminder of our club sale 2moro
