if you realy want a bird to better your team why not bid on open forum also it puts this naming and shaming lark to bed

but at least you know who is bidding and wait till the last if not happy whoes bidding you up if hes not interested wont bid incase left with bird he doesnt want

it would be interesting to know how many didnt pay bidding on last day i think the heros sale went on far to long some people has money one week a few bets on the nags what happens nothing for the doo sale [ try having a sale friday sat sun long enough if advertised for a week previous only a suggestion cheers ]

what does it matter where the pads are i would not chance putting them on top of an avery ive missed the bl---y things going over the pad your down to splitting hairs remember the first thing the birds has got to come home and i always think some one trying to get one over an other fancier will always be the looser [ but its very easy to remedy this pad problem do it with in the club get them sealed by club members then check them at any time and no squabling about it ]

THERES fanciers been paired up for a few weeks and not any eggs it must be the weather the doos know its not right if your loft is open to eliments with out a big corridor for a break it will be to cold

stuart thats how much i know about the inland races but 1in 20 would not be out of order

i know we tried to change it in the north sec to 15 for birds flying in the nantes NATIONAL but was a few years before it was changed but saying that what is it worth 200 @300th pos 30 to50th sec in inland races more work for sec it should be 1 in 10 sorry 1in 15 or 1in 20 cheers

i have had a few always killed them but our sec last year A. higgins told me hes fixed a lot when he was loft manager with R mc donald tie the legs together slackley and fixes no bother

DONT think we all know the effort the too of you put in that is certainly not in doubt eccelent job the sad thing about this worthy cause is fanciers have promised off there very best birds for this action ( the birds are still available and someone else could finish it off by offering them for a few hours one night as its a lot of money just to discard without giving the 2nd or 3rd highest bidders a chance to get them instead of letting them that has spoiled it for others get there way as doing this will stop fanciers donating to other neady causes as you know this is what outsiders will take notice of us helping others
