  6. then ask the town hall how close would they allow a non perminant building to a road then you can submit your plans when you have enough information to make them

  9. a garden shed is fine as long as you dont upset your neighbours , but as soon as you put pigeons in it you would need to submit a change of use , which would involve above.
  10. i had to submit a detailed plan to council for my loft , i would imagine they would have same rules in Scotland as here , loft should be no taller than one storey and not exceed 2 metres in height and be 1 metre away from all boundarys , on your plan you need to include the house garden and proposed non perminant building , hope this helps

  12. well if louella got hold of them they'd be in a lot more lofts and they'll take a couple of years to get a good team of them together

    try get a pack of dried peas the type you steap overnight will boiling water they absorb alot better if you want to do it now a handfull of corn id be putting it there now , once rats get the taste of blood they kill for fun not a nice site

    as soon as they start digesting it it starts but sounds like theres quite a few id get a pickstone and put some dried peas and soak them with the antifreeze and leave near entry points sprinkle some parmisan cheese on top just to give a bit of smell obviously where birds cant get at it
