Threads arent deleted there simply taken off to clean abuse and bad behaviour foul language or to stop any arguments getting out of hand , but i agree if a mod is taking part in the thread then he has no right to moderate that thread as they would have a conflict of issues -

then rather complain to the moderator in this instance use your back button and the page where removed posts or threads are you can simply copy and send to webmaster for him to view then im sure if moderators are acting improperly then they will also be question as to why they acted in the way they did , i think moderators should set an example to other members on how to behave however i have seen moderators with caplocks on perhaps richard could add something to the site which disables caps which would save the shouting in most cases as most are done accidently -

Moderators do there best to keep arguments from happening and abusive or threating behaviour and insults removed these arent deleted but are stored for Richard to see , you can please some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time , if people followed the rules then most posts wouldnt be removed in the first instance , and i think if members would think before they type and be carefull to ensure there cap lock is off and read before sending then any wording is easily rectified before been posted -

i recall one of the scotish threads had certain post on it that caught my eye and should be removed or at best edited but one moderator was on it and was participating and awaited another moderator as if he had removed the posts then it would be a conflict of intrest and was done by another , so this is the normal rule when moderators have an intrest in a thread -

you still have to pay your fees or if he changed his mind to wanting to fly he would have to change his flying status then would still need to apply to be a flying member so either he resigns or pays :-/

have to agree most roads lead back to a few old lofts , names come and go out of fashion but in my mind most are similar birds with a new fanciers name -
rear around of ybs next season then at least you'l have some birds then when rearing second round and have big ybs let the go out on there own they'll probably not venture far as feeding ybs

there is a system very similar to the one you state in operation , as most of you will know one member has been removed from site and technicaly banned and others have been banned in the past , warnings have been issued and do appear with a user warning which stays on for a month continued distruption of the site or abusive pms to moderators will not be tollerated Richard does his best to be fair in all cases as do the moderators .When you join the site you agree to the rules , i hope everyone enjoys the site after all were all making and meeting new friends and its a great way to learn for novices and old hands alike and change views ideas and theorys . Post are removed to be checked by Richard , he has the final say so if a moderator has conficting bias opinions then both sides are view unbiasly and dealt with in a simpathetic way if you recieve abusive or threatening pms we are happy to deal with them , but members are urged not to send them in the first instance if you feel angry perhaps a short break to compose yourself and weigh things up as in most cases things are typed in without the thought about wording and may and could come across in a way untended , i hope we all continue to enjoy this site , rember the members of the site make it what it is enjoy -
thats what i was thinking ;-) and i wont be buying Nobivac :X

i bought one off Jaap supposed to be hen but the type of pigeon i like are there but not in abundance , he seems to have a few good lines but i think hes just a breeding loft rather than a racing loft nice bloke tho :-)
