i think birds need prevention from ailments but if ailments flair up then they need treating however if you get your managementy right and a prevention programme in order then i cant se why the old ways as you put then do ok as for natural pairing this is only good if have removed the doubtfull birds and ones that have made mistakes at end of racing and keep sprinters with sprinters ectra
