Thanks for your help guys much appreciated. Have vent gap along the length of the loft 6'' floor at front, and 6'' at the top of the back of the loft.loft 12 ft x 6ft houses 18 cocks pent roof. Dont think its a leaks which would be visual here and there .This is a covering (Droplets) of the whole in side of the roof (PLY BOARDS) Very strange unsure what to do about it. Cheers

Many years ago we run a league based on football fixtures. Played a member each race, 3 points for a win and one to losser if they timed in but were beat These fixtures run over whole season.it was a fair compition and one that most agreed gave us the flyer who was the best in the club over that season. Wee Story regards this thread Bought a two year old cock at Blackpool show many years ago.Wintered well in and out ok.Sent him to our first race that April got him back first won bclub about 65 miles.Same race point the following week sent him again.That was the last i seen of him.About two weeks later i got a letter from mr Manfred Krubbs the original owner from Germany.The bird had returned to his loft So you can never be sure they will stay. Never sent for him if he wanted to be back in his loft, he had proved he deserved it.

Mick, There are lots of good Pigeons unable to win due to the way in which they are kept.Any new start would be well advised to examine the way in which he keeps them long before giving any thought to what he may keep. Having said this many roads lead to Rome.

Nice to here you are returning.Same myself this is our second year back. Enjoy. Think more about the manor in which you will keep them, rather than what you may keep.You will find many different pigeons will fly well into your area. Best of luck Rab
