Empty the contents into a bucket of warm water (not too warm mind ) and then dip all the pigeons in the solution up to their necks making sure that the pigeons get a good soaking and just leave them to dry in the loft problem sorted and you'll not see any lice on them anymore this year

Get a small plank of wood that can fit from the floor of the sputnik up to the drop in holes and nail or screw little bits of wood across it to act as steps and the y/b's will walk up and down it out onto the front of the sputnik when you have it opened and can walk back into the loft again easily enough ;) ;)

I liberated my pigeons on Largs beach this afternoon and it was blowing a strong east wind i think yous will get a few doing good times but lets hope they put the brakes on in time Good luck!!!
