  8. Race secretary Steve Howells confirms a great race with 120 fanciers verifying so far from the 146 that entered in the NRCC PJ Lofts Thurso race. Congratulations must go to our Convoyer David Pettitt and driver Alan for their patience over the weekend. Provisionally in first place is our new lady admin secretary Dilys and partner Chris from Dereham, more later well done everyone and thank you all for your support

Two magnificent fanciers who work hard for the sport.. but more importantly two great friends and men. Well today me and avah managed to get on the club sheet shes very happy first race 74 miles to us from wetherby really bad day with everyone with big losses in tje combine but hopfully they come in we finished off 5th 6th and 8th club first 2 came together then the 3rd straight after but decided he likes the house roof better to wait for his mates so he messed up by that time another 1 came that went straight in gwttung us the 8th place 🤣while another 4 came and joining the divy 1 on the roof few mins later the 5 came in so we should of done better but nout we can do if they sit on the roof managed 17 bk atm out of 22 we sent avah holding her first bird in tne trap getting us 5th place welldone avah
  15. Strathclyde Update Strathclyde Independent Club 27/7/26 (Secretary,s of NFC,FHS ,GIFC and Ind members ). Further to our 1st Young Bird Race from Wooler being cancelled due to extreme weather conditions and (bearing in mind the education )of the youngsters they will return to the missed race point next week and the remaining races put back a week ,this for 1 week only finishing on 5th Sept. His pigeons have captured national titles and secured elite rankings over seasons. The winning pigeon, band number BELG24-2052630, was clocked on Friday at 17:39 CEST after completing a 657.621 km race, with an impressive average speed of 1105.8 m/min. Congratulations!

  23. We ended the last young bird 4-H race thursday and the pigeons are now at the Jasper County Fair for the Pigeon Show. Deakyn once again took 1st place with Walter White, bred by Jose Vasquez. He took The top 9 spots Congratulations!
