I have a hen who always lays very small eggs like budgie size always hatch ok and young normal size

if they were budgie size eggs they should be binned

Generally speaking I agree with you and would bin these eggs but I do know of one very good local bird that was hatched from a very small budgie sized egg, in fact it was called the budgie due to its small size

Why bin them ? If as buster says the young are born & grow normal size ?
