is there anyone just training and racing on gerry plus and how far

GERRY PLUS plus plus

raced ybs on it for past three years

good results out to 305 miles

but rule of thumb applies

break them down with adding - to it

then lift them up with adding - to it

this year tryin different mix advised by a good mate
