Lucky Escape

Tossed by 8 spare hens at Cumbernauld today as I was up that way and let them go at 1035. I arrived back at the loft at about 1130 with 6 of them back. Got another one about 2 hrs later and the the last one at 1730 with only 2 tail feathers left to her name

 

I am assuming that Percy must have had a nibble ?

 

Looks like she will sit in the loft for the next few weeks

I was pleased to see her when she arrived as she certainly dodged a bullet today and credit to her for managing to get home
