I've Been reading his book winning naturally, it's a great book and learnt tons from it.

My brother gave me his book to read during the winter and I was fascinated by all the wee motivators he came up with to get his birds winning. Very doubtful there would still be bloodlines from him that have been kept pure all these years but you never know maybe someone from around his neck of the woods would have them, good luck in your hunt for them anyway.

Freddie dawkins, london, still has the blood in his pigeons but theres series of crossings in them, but for thr distance his hard to beat

I got a trophy he had won from his g,son for my local club Leven HS as a memorial trophy to him, lovely trophy silver .

Tommy Mallaburn down Alnwick way has the Stassarts but I don't have the number

no dont think so, he had the trophy in his cuboard and wanted someone to keep it going, the trophy was ,THE JOE MORRISON ROSE BOWL . LONDON CHAMPIONSHIP CLUB 1950, WAS WON BY A BAKER 1950 FOR BEST AVERAGE, THEN AGAIN WON OUTRIGHT BY A BAKER 1951

Ahhh thats where that trophy went, the london championship club been looking for it since 1952 😂😂😂😂 tbh i thought to win a trophy outright u must win it 3 years on the trot?
