Hi Everyone

 

Does anyone know of a good pigeon courier service?i need pigeons picked up in Carlisle and delivered to the Kent area i have rang 2 or 3 couriers but no answer and they haven't even returned my emails!!!!

Not G&R mate, the picked up birds for me I got them delivered at midnight four days later!!

There was boxes of Doos in the van on there sides and all sorts, were meant to be with me the same day.

Is it likely they were in the boxes for the whole four days?

I should of asked the guy at the time but it was midnight and I was just relieved to finally get them.

Thats a terrible service i used highflyers at the end and they picked them on the Wednesday at 5pm and delivered them to me the next day at 3pm a really good service by them and i would recommend them to anyone to us them in the future

Likewise I'd stay away from G&R. I gifted a newbie some birds, nearly all young, just weaned. I got a call on the Friday. They asked for birds to be ready for between 4.30-6pm. 9pm, I'm still waiting!! Phoned number, to be told collection Saturday not Friday!!! This was in March, it was dark the birds had been in a box since 4pm and a day early. The Saturday same call, have them ready for collection from 4.30-6pm. They was collected at 11.30pm. I work Saturday nights as a doorman. I had to loose a nights pay, because G&R couldn't meet their agreed appointment time. Nor did they inform me of any set backs. That's just rude and poor communication. Which in turn is poor customer service. On collection they said delivery would be first thing next day. I texted the recipient to let them know. They was finally delivered at 7pm on the Sunday!!!!!! First thing and just weaned squeakers. They was going from Nottingham area to Cardiff. I could have taken them on the train myself on the Saturday for same price G&R charged. I phoned to complain, and got someone trying to talk down to me on the phone. I suggested that as they was only few minutes away. Instead of being condescending over the phone, how about face to face? Last year same courier took ten days to deliver birds from Scotland to Mansfield. They held them at their Base for nearly a week. The Base is only 20min drive to delivery address!!!!! Very poor service. I'm just hoping they're at Blackpool 2016. I'll be the one next to their stand promoting this story!!! Cowboys run by clowns.
