paddymac Posted June 14, 2015 Report Posted June 14, 2015 Two excellent books are feed to win part 1&2 by A. Christiaens, part 2 is easily enough to get and now and again you'll get it for sale on E-bay, part 1 is a lot harder to come by but you can always have a search around. Good luck
