johno Posted April 26, 2007 Report Posted April 26, 2007 dumbarton club / wos fed looking for transport. saturday was a disaster with the midland according to some disenchanted members. had to hang around until 10.30 friday evening to get birds on transporter. good few doos missing on saturday. too late to look elsewhere as they walked out on renfrew to go with midland. is there a pattern here ? enjoy your racing all.
doos r us Posted April 26, 2007 Report Posted April 26, 2007 bullshite doos on at 8.15 no probs was a sticky race yes some members moaning will be at appleby sat ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
johno Posted April 27, 2007 Report Posted April 27, 2007 disenchanted members say no option. no one else to go with. meeting this week failed to identify any other option. renfrew having internal discussions on their own situation. no place for wos / dumbarton other than midland. disenchanted members think it will be a long season.
doos r us Posted April 27, 2007 Report Posted April 27, 2007 sorry wrong again johno official position is meeting will be held at later date to sort out yb racing we have 2 ob race programs members choice ;D we also have the nr option with yb as well as sr roll on the season
johno Posted April 27, 2007 Report Posted April 27, 2007 disenchanted members of dumbarton / wos club / fed say going to the hole known as kelso with balochmyle and renfrew tomorrow. in what way are any of the postings bovine excrement and what is wrong again? like many of your postings doos r us nothing factual to respond with. solution is easy. are dumbarton wos / club fed going to kelso tomorrow 28th April with balochmyle / renfrew? yes or no.

Guest Posted April 27, 2007 Report Posted April 27, 2007 disenchanted members of wos/dumbarton fed/club appeared at kilbarchin tonight with 60 pigeons for kelso. transported by renfrew. true or false doos. what about next week are you approaching eddie stobart? Don't think that 60 birds is exactly a Federation convoy, these numbers are more representative of 2/3 members. And we do know that there are WoS members 'leaking' info to malcontents like yourself who spout 'freedom of choice' / no 'freedom of choice' dependant upon day of the week , flavour of the month, and phases of the moon. You've offered absolutely nothing here by way of a solution. In short this is none of your damned business, thankfully, and the people whose business it is have the matter in hand..
johno Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 now now bruno why are you so angry? i am only posting what disenchanted members are saying. anyway 60 birds was the federation total so no matter how angry you are facts is facts. your own habitual attempt to put me down will not work. i have too much presence of mind and self belief for anyone using your tacticts to have any effecton me. i also have the added bonus that i post the truth. it would now appear that you do not wish to allow this. as to offering solutions i fail to see where you are coming from. is there a problem? in response as to whose business anything on this board is i was under the impression that it is a public forum. this implies that the content is the business of any unsuspecting traveller on the net. the now regular aggressive postings using words like damned clearly indicate it is time for you to go. i suggest also that the usage of the word bullshite is a poor reflection on the poster. you appear to be quite happy with this kind of language. you appear also to have lost all self control. you also appear to now consider this forum as the bruno show. the truth is a faithful friend and a fearful enemy. it is time for you to face your demons.
doos r us Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D would that be the renfrew fed that would never take us
johno Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 would that be the meeting that never happened? would that be your appleby race today? would that be more than 60 birds at fed race? would that be the 22 members sending? would that be the midland federation let down? would this be a pattern?
doos r us Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 9 lofts sent 70 kelso 1 loft sent 6 appleby 1 loft would rather go to football dont no about the rest but am at appleby testing my doos spoiled for choice john might go dalziell or border next week you never know
johno Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 70 birds big turnout for a fed. choice is what it is all about. easy to see decency and consideration for others is not on your agenda. if you are happy with the picture you are painting then i would not attempt to change that. these responses are completely different from "bullshite" and "wrong again" i hope your pigeons overcome and excel the test of appleby. how far is it to you?
doos r us Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 consideration for others is why we have the choice of 2 races its then up to the members where they go our loft made a choice last week and as for your snider i would rather have my 6 come home alone than in a bunch if they are stll there after liecester they go to national personal opinion john
doos r us Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 could have did not see the point got them marked at kirky but theres always next week ;D
doos r us Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 fraid not cant be to greedy thats the thread democracy even i have to go with the flow might not like it but thats the way it is
johno Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 well done you appear to be a true gentleman. i am sure very few appreciate the personal hardship you have undergone in your struggle for choice. not being able to participate in your averages just one of many i would imagine. this may be of assistance to you. most organisation compete for averages based on their race programme decided at the agm. this being th case the appleby race is the next race in your feds agm agrreed race programme. as you are the only one who has sent you should win the averages.
GREENGRASS Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 there would seem to be a pattern developing here, johno posts and bruno makes a fool of himself trying to discredit the posting, has someone asked you to try and discredit all of johno`s posts or is this a personal attack on someone who you cannot get the better of, or are you posting as moderator or....????????? either way it is very like bullying behaviour. bruno what is the problem you speek of fuds r us tells us all is well in his club with no problems maybe you know different, what is your soloution to this alledged problem, and please tell us if it not any of johno`s business how is it any of yours..........

I do not doggedly follow Johno's posts and what I posted was not meant to be bullying behaviour : it simply suggested that for someone who supposedly supports freedom of choice : the mere fact that anyone is suggesting what is in effect a restriction of membership choice highlights a major problem. why is the continual theme of ban suspend restrict so widespread? what is behind this attitude attacking those who have exercised personal choice, in one particular federation, is a pretty strange way of showing it. And it is a reasonable question, who has the right to question you Karl, in your choice of where to put your birds each week - it surely is nobody's business but your own - and I agree with you it is certainly none of mine. The problem is well known, Karl, as it was you yourself who originally raised it on this forum. And A Shearer has again written to the BHW, this time being a lot more honest in what the problem is for him too; the problem is J Barlow being President of SHU and some folks don't like it; some folks have backed a horse called WoS Fed which J Barlow strangely enough is the SHU delegate, and they believe that Fed doesn't warrant a delegate, no delegate no J Barlow. No mention of 4 other Feds in same position, same status, and no mention of what criteria was applied, and why. Because that's another problem, there's another set of minuted criteria. And my solution to the alleged problem is already in train ... a meeting has been called for the full SHU Council, and it will be investigating the matter.. Forgot to add: my post that you picked up on, and this post are information and personal opinions expressed as an ordinary member. Nothing that Johno has said warrants moderator intervention.
me Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 "No mention of 4 other Feds in same position, same status, and no mention of what criteria was applied, " - Bruno Which other 4 feds are you suggesting should be stripped of their delegates because they don't fulfill the requirements of the pertinent Shu rule Bruno?
GREENGRASS Posted April 28, 2007 Report Posted April 28, 2007 I hear what you are saying bruno but can you see how it looks from someone looking in from the outside. We had a similar situation where fifer was responding to any post that mentioned "SHU" with a rebusting of anything to do with the rpra, he later had to print an apology after it was highlighted he had actually voted to go and join the rpra when the going got tough in his his own fed, he also has a message on all his posts stating that delegates are messengers, but will not state who mandated him to run to the the front of the stage with a solicitor`s letter at the shu agm. you mention other feds in the same boat so prehaps you could tell us which ones you are talking about and what criteria they meet in the rule book. far more appropriate to change a rule or criteria than to break one just to satisfy ones own means.
