well nothing changes the mastrick r p c had a meeting tonight a 74 year old pensioner applied to join the club and got rejected well done lads you should hang your heads in shame all he wanted was to get his twelve youngsters a few races so come on dave tell us all about it. bet your hand was not held high.

Also hope the club hasn't or never applies for a grant!

we have been turned down many times from gaining membership to clubs,, sometimes members have put their resignations on the table if we were allowed in,, I think the RPRA should be involved in any rejection.. I don't know the reasons behind this and would like to know them,, There is always a reason, ( good flyer,,loft position,,out of the click, upset someone,,)

 

I hope the fancier involved can get somewhere to fly his birds..

sadly   it doesnt seem right but clubs do have an option has to who and who not they allow in, BUT!!! to turn down an elderly fancier it just doent justify a reason in my eyes

I think that the club has had two lottery grants already yes what away to go this club is in scotland .

we should be promoting the sport  far too much politics involved  i m in my second full season and the bickering and backstabbing is unreal i ve had my eyes opened in the short time i ve been involved waiting for ur birds on a sat should be what it is all about ;D

i have visited a few clubs etc over lat 2 years and from what i can see this is a dying sport unless we all stop bickering and encourage new members
