Go to box on top right and click beside your name it will open a menu click on messages which will give you all your PM's it gives you the option to delete them one at a time or tick the box on the right of all the one's you want to delete Go to the bottom click go and they will disappear

open up messanger

 

you will see your messages on the right hand side you will see boxes that you can click along side the bells

 

you can choose to delete all or pick individual conversations that you want to delete click on the ones you want to delete

 

after choosing scroll to the bottom of the page

 

you will see a delete option click go and it delete the conversations that you have chosen

 

if this dont help ill do a photo snip the process which should make it clearer
