If it is a legal matter, then it shouldn't be discussed on here. If you have received a threatening pm then you should notify one of the moderators or Richard for it to be dealt with.

The statement was made under advise from lawyers and we would be appreciate if you could respect the legal nature of this matter. I will be making no further comments on this.

i have complained and my son complained at the time but both of us still got threats and insults, and what happened you banned my son (timbarra) he recieved the worst emails i have seen, yet Richard banned him because others influenced him and you, that is why i am of the knowledge that its just not the 2 of you who are running everything, people get banned who are not popular with others, and because of what strings other pull you act wrongly on occassions. you like to boss things and condone the treatment and threatening behaviour of a select party on here and your WRONG.

Gemma, Stunner has not validated her/his e mail address, if it is CM than he's not going about the right way to get back on.Whoever it is may I suggest you remove her/him until they validate, (if there are other reasons I don't need an explanation, can guess) There's been some crap written on this thread.

B**l*cks, the trouble is when a decision is made contrary to what the 'I'm straight as a die' person wants, then this stright guy who tells it to you face to face (my ass he does), spends the rest of the year trying to undermine the decision.There are rules on here and we all signed up to them. If you've been treated badly, had threads removed then sure fight for it but do it the right way, I've no repspect for sh** stirrers who try and upset the site.

Strapper made a telling comment, sometimes the threads have an edge on them. Paul and I have had the odd edge when we've been discussing but we can still converse and forget it but more importantly it was thread related,I think those types of threads are actually good for the site, people like controversy and there's nothing wrong with passion, it wasn't because we went out of our way to get personal with each other. .

However the whinging that stunner has just done to create trouble at mill deserves short shrift! Wish I was Jimmy White, I'd have deleted stunner by now, Jimmy's too good a mod and person to do this.

Like Bart says if you don't like the rules bloody go, if you do bloody enjoy, it's a great site with some great posters, I've learnt lots on hereand hope to learn lots more and even though Gemma will tell you I've privately complained about things in the past, I always keep them private if it's my issue and I have nothing but respect and admiration for Gemma and Richard. And whoever the plonker was that wanted to know about Richard's whereabouts, mind your own business, he has his own committments. This site is being provided for our enjoyment, stop trying to spoil his.

Finlly to Joe and this is going to sound personal, I don't know how you are alowed to stay on this site , you call the members over tell us the majority are pathetic and then you have the cheak to mention pb/net. Tell me Joe if you were setting up a motor company and you called it Fords (as oppossed to Ford what would you be doing) I'll answer it for you, it's being a to**er.

a barrister will give you the information that on that site is no intent to decaive any one seeking to access this site and indeed is not a clone of this site indeed being realistic would also tell you that as they own name you should in fact concider eaither changeing youers or buy theirs

I have just replied to your pm joe.

 

I need to leave the house now, so I will deal with this when I get back but if another moderator comes on whilst I'm out I'm sure they look over this and you can pm them about.
