Hello John W. :   I'm jimbobboy from MD  USA.   I was trying to finr out the same thing .  How to import birds.  I think they have to go tru and exporter!!!   I know they go tru a quarntine period here before you get them!!!  Just hope whoever feeds them!!!   jimbobboy  USA
