Found Pigeon

Hi, found a blue barred racing pigeon this afternoon but unfortunately was dead, can only make out part of ring number gb13 ending 12 it had a black plastic clipon ring on other leg, believe to be an ets ring and could only make out part of wing stamp kip or kif and number 01977 or 01971 was in a bad way poss hit by car, buried it in corner of a field in withernsea, sorry to whoever owned it.
