Where in East London does Mr Chapman live? It's not a name that rings any bells at all, was he racing pre 1989? If I can find any information out for you I will.

Remember seing a full page advert in the BHW nearly every year from Mr.Chapman selling the Westcotts but not sure when the last one was.

Living in wanstead means he would have been more then likely in the Leytonstone and Stratford club the same as scribe Brian Woodhouse, give Brian a call he should be able to help you further.

I remember ,very well E chapmans yearly advert in the Racing pigeon,very resonable prices for top class Westcotts,Mr Chapman did this for many many years 60,s early 70,s..and could never forget Fws Halls lovely testimony always at bottom of each advert,which was testimont to chapmans honesty and quality of bloodstock,
