Let the two hens out for a fly that are being prepared for forthcoming nationals and the last two nights instead of getting on with my chores have sat and watched them as. They gained height fixed the binoculars on them as they raced the sky,s was very fascinated to observe although they were flying as a team one was only putting in half the work of the other yet staying with it or in front do any of you observe this or do you think the wife,s spiked ma coffee cheers mick :emoticon-0126-nerd:

Spot on Mick, all my best distance birds look as if they are expending very little energy whilst flying.In fact, my son is obsessed with how a pigeon flies, often stating who flies the easiest. Hes not often wrong on this matter.

correct i like to see them having one wing stroke to mosts 2 and covering the same distance with each stroke same as the ones doing 2 :emoticon-0140-rofl: :emoticon-0140-rofl:
