Weaned these away yesterday, only going to have a small yb team this year,so its these plus 6 that are been bred for me by another flyer, I always wonder at this stage what lies ahead of them,what with hawks, cats, wires, but at least at this time of year we can all be optamistic and hope theres a winner in there somewere.

Well spoted with the rings, yes they are all on the left leg, its the way I pick em up/hold them, as I am  left handed. The dark pied is out of a very nice hen that was a gift from Karl Adams on here in 2008 .

The whites are bred down from my Palamos Grizzle cock I think.

 

 

When you go to the club most people are right handed and make a real crap job of ringing birds with the ring on that leg. Two years ago I decided to cater for other peole rather than my self Just a thought.
