What To Feed On Return From Race

Hard race, I get the sugar level of birds up to a good level on return, therefore high carb/fat mix is used with the peanuts.All easily digested.

Sea salt only in really hard races where birds return totally fekd with dehydration.Alot of folk think salt is salt but how wrong they are!!!As Wacko obviously knows, sea salt is the bollo..s and is totally different from any other.

The combination of mixes i use All the time offer at a guess, about 2 dozen different types of seeds/peas/beans, i give them plenty of it when they return and they appear to favour the smaller seeds more than they normally would, fresh water in the drinkers.

 

However i am of the firm belief that it does not matter when or WHAT FEEDING you use, rather its what you FEED IT TO!! that matters most.
