ghostrider Posted February 6, 2013 Report Posted February 6, 2013 PROBLEM SOLVED.get yourself a friend AN EAGLE OWL if you have roomold bop wont come no where near.a mate visited a fancier in the midlands near birmingham,he looked at various pigeons in different sheds and picked a few pigeons to purchase.there was a 6 x 6 shed, he never got taken to,Fred asked the chap what he kept in there,oh he replyed its my eagle owl,he noticed the 2 log perches out in his garden.this fella said he lets him out for a sweep around the garden,morning/afternoonand in nice weather leaves him out on one perch.never had any problems with BOPS.i kid u not

andyyy Posted February 6, 2013 Report Posted February 6, 2013 I've got two geese... I don't have much trouble with Birds of prey compared to rest of lads on allotments, Old fellow said it was because of the geese..
hibby Posted February 6, 2013 Report Posted February 6, 2013 Same with any bops mate has a Harris hawk when he lets it out for a fly not a bird in sight, used to be sparrow hawks nesting in woods near by. Never seen them once last year. Fighting fire with fire
