PIGEON_MAN Posted January 31, 2013 Report Posted January 31, 2013 Does anyone know anything about the above,when I receive a photo the phone says to open it I have to go onto the Vodaphone website and also put in a password,which it gives me,is this the only way to open the picture or can I change a setting on the phone to make it easier.

PIGEON_MAN Posted February 1, 2013 Author Report Posted February 1, 2013 Managed to get it sorted,had to ring Talk Talk who i,m with and ask them to arrange it so that I can receive photo messages,hopefully now this will work,information might be useful to someone else who gets the same message when receiving photos.
Guest pigeongirl Posted February 1, 2013 Report Posted February 1, 2013 glad u got it sorted but to receive a photo message on any other phone except iphone 5 i do know u have to send yourself a photo message first. That sets your phone up for photo messages
