Does anyone know anything about the above, when I receive a photo the phone says to open it I have to go onto the Vodaphone website and also put in a password, which it gives me,is this the only way to open the picture or can I change a setting on the phone to make it easier.

dont think it is anything to do with your phone, think it depends who sends the photo because in some cases I get the same message with somebody using Vodafone as their network supplier

I,M on Vodafone and i,m sure I got this message on another phone I used to have on the same network so perhaps it is a supplier thing.

Managed to get it sorted, had to ring Talk Talk who i,m with and ask them to arrange it so that I can receive photo messages, hopefully now this will work, information might be useful to someone else who gets the same message when receiving photos.

glad u got it sorted but to receive a photo message on any other phone except iphone 5 i do know u have to send yourself a photo message first. That sets your phone up for photo messages
