What age do you let your youngbirds out to have a pick around in the garden etc, and when would the first training chuck be?

I start having the door open from when i 1st part them, some come out, Others don't. As for training them i train them when i think that they are ready, Flying well and going from the loft. Other people train them at a certain age, My training works for me, last year started off with 50, had 41 in loft come the Sunday after the last race, And out of the 9 some didn't make the grade so i disposed of them, Atb Andy
