Guest stb- Posted September 23, 2012 Report Posted September 23, 2012 My opinions is some pigeons are top class in corridor racing ie fed racing all coming into the same area ,but when asked a question they fail , my mate got some ybs this year I was at his nearly every week to watch them homing ( as I never raced mine) but for some dodgy trapping he would have been at top of the fed result Most weeks ,when he got them I told him he was wasting his time he had better in loft , they were first home every week ,( made me look daft) but when asked a question at the SNRPC yb national he'd had 5/8 the 3 he was waiting for was these birds , look at our fed racing when going with south Lanarkshire, Glasgow wipes the floor with them most weeks but when it comes to the real races the tables are turned 9 times out of 10 , this is just an observation over the yearsi would say the tables are turned as most of the sl lads will set there stall out for these longer racing or a very high percentage will and will send descent teams , but as you well know in glasgow very few will set there stalls out for the channel few send and most dont have the right birds or are not prepared correctly for these races anyway so in my opinion the exspectation in not high anyway
