My daughter just bought ba new house there and just reading through the title deads . the proprieters of this are exspresly prohibited from keeping

poultry ducks pigeons birds rabbits bees and that proprietors shall not be allowed to keep more than one dogprovided the said dog is not deemed a nuisance to any ajacent proprietors,

 

disgrace not wonder folk dont come in to any hobbys envolving livestock

I live in a new build an am very overlooked i have a little 4x6 loft and purchased mainly different coloured birds so the nieghbours would think they are nice to look at havent had a problem yet and had them in over a yr now just get them straight in on the tin if they are being a nuisanse

Its surprising even on older properties, I have been 15 years out of the sport because of it. It only takes one ill-informed "rats of the sky" merchant to enforce the rule.
