Help Non Fancier Hove East Sussex

Hi all,

 

I've been caring for a lost racer since yesterday, ring details as above. Also, RPRA advise this bird is not registered in the UK.

 

Still wearing racing rings. ?Chequered Pied?

 

I am not a fancier but doing the best I can with makeshift housing.

 

I'm located in Hove, East Sussex, can anyone offer advice or help?

could have been blown over the channel,feed it a couple of days,then take it too the coast if you can and let it free,hopefully it will go home,

Thanks for the email address, have just sent them correspondence.

 

After doing a bit of research, I found someone a car drive from me who keeps pigeons, a lovely older gent, and the pigeon is now in his care - a much better environment than a cardboard box!

 

Sounds daft, but I miss that bird, who knows, one day I may have a large enough garden to keep my own waifs and strays

Well done on helping this pigeon , I'm sure the gentleman who has also helped will be glad of this information on this pigeon also , well in time if you get a big enough garden pop back to pigeon basics you will be more than welcome by us all , once again thank you on behalf of the owner , at least now you will know where to take your future friends that might visit your garden , regards Mark
