The rules state that when a race is Cancelled, meaning NO RACE has taken place, the option to return to the same race point is open. As a race has taken place there is no rule that would allow a return to Charnock Richards next week Tom.

There was blue sky over to the west at the liberation site it was cloudy most of the way home with some showers in the hill's
