PIGEON_MAN Posted July 11, 2009 Report Posted July 11, 2009 hi i have my young birds up to 150 miles we start racing in 2 weeks do you think its to much thay go 3 times aweek 150 three times a week thats like saying they are allready having 3 races a week, personally would have thought this was to much, saying that I remember years ago I used to take mine twice everyday and had a very good season but that was only about 20 miles.I know believe regular training from about 15 miles is plenty, infact sometimes Inever train after the first race.
OLDYELLOW Posted July 11, 2009 Report Posted July 11, 2009 150 miles is too much take themm 10 15 miles twice a day am and pm and get them breaking be more educational for them
