unbeatable prices cant figure out how they can sell it so cheap i worked at farming for 20 years i know how much this costs to produce especially the cost of the fuel to dry the grain as the dryers use hundreds of gallons per day,but they seem to be able to make profit at that cost otherwise they wouldnt do it.

no Peter ,that was about 60 mile South . if not the local corn merchant ,from the farm over the border in Shropshire ,or Cheshire depending.

The reason in asking is that all the top national Welsh fanciers went to Court Farm Feeds about 1 mile north of Hereford. The Beans.Peas, Tares, Maize, Wheat etc was of the best quality I have ever seen. clean with no weevel. Swail,Preece,Ford,Strawbridge in fact all the guys in the Gwent Greater Distance Club.

and a lot more fanciers besides those i would bet . although i think its a lot more than "just the feed" that contributes to the names winning well.

Must admit the barley from there this year is the best ive ever had from him and at £5.50 a 25kg bag its not a bad price either.
