victorious Posted January 14, 2012 Report Share Posted January 14, 2012 use duracell shoild be about 1.50/2 quid replace every year and take out at the end of the season as i have seen them left in and corroding the battery compartment. victorious Posted January 14, 2012 Report Share Posted January 14, 2012 clean out battery compartment with a small piece of emery paper or a nail file thingy and some wd40 or vasiline that should do the trick but be gentle the terminal wires can be very fragile.
