Ricky used to live about 8 houses away from me ,he was doing an old cottage up.when it came to buying building materials or tools (sure he wont mind me saying) he was a tight fisted bas***d , always trying to scrounge or cut money corners.          andy.

Did you know, if i put salt down, or try and clear the ice or snow, and someone has an accident, then i am liable, if i leave it alone and someone breaks there neck, Then i am o.k,
