with most people pairing earlier then before should the date of the show change or stay the same for myself i find have to many things to do with the birds :emoticon-0138-thinking:

 

the date of the show has been okay for the last umpteen years,if you must[and I mean everybody in general] then you either have to change your way of doing things so that it is suitable for the show and not the other way round and if the show dates are unsuitable for anybody's system then the show must be given a miss,speaking for us personally the date is perfect as we never pair up before the show

i know its like a tradition now im just saying that there is a lot like me that cant make it as for most the breeding season has changed and at the end of the day its a loss to the show the stalls people selling etc if people like myself cant turn up im just throwing the idea out there to see what others think ;)

This year is the first year I won't be going for say nine years, I am dying to go but with should br youngbirds being in the nest I cannot take the chance of water freezing

I use the show,as thats when I pair up after the show,

 

 

snap Archie, we will be pairing everything up 4 days after we get back to let the birds that have been in the show settle down again
