read in cage and avairy birds this week that house sparrows have declined by 69% and nightingales by 90% since 1970,its time the rspb spent money on these little fellows free nest boxes for people to put up to help with lost nest sites for starlings and house sparrows disscounted food for feeding birds when demands are high and winters.if not in the next 30 years you will have to go to a zoo to see them. shame on you

This is one of the reasons we dont get far with the hawk problem,they don't have a clue.

quite right they add more bops to the problem , totally clueless and no strategics in place to correct any of there mistakes , and they'll keep going until there becomes a point and there's no small birds left but there will always be pigeons for bops to eat we need to lock up at end of racing season each year and hopefully starve these birds by cutting off the fast food takeaway we supply to the bops , I wish for a harsh winter and nature will do its bit , wont be long before a illness wipes a lot of them out I live in hope
