well, good by my standards! As my first year racing I have so far been at the bottom of my club result sheet every week....until today. I finally didn't come last.

 

On top of that, my last bird back brought with it a bird I lost at the first race two weeks ago! How many people got more back than they sent haha!!!

Came next to last, 5th out of six!!! But I was 8 minutes behind the winner and I fly a mile further.

 

I know I'm hardly setting the world on fire but it felt good to know I might not be completely wasting my time!!!!

Ive lost half a dozen this year, and when you only start with 21 it made me worry that I'd have none left for next year, so even getting one back feels like it has made a difference!
