Hi,have an injured pigeon in my front yard since last night. Ring number WHU 2011 C00364. Looks like he's damaged his wing. Won't let me near his wing so can't find owners phone number. Have tried calling WHU but no answer. Anyone know what I should do next? Will probably call RSPCA later to pick him up as otherwise the local cats will probably get him.

If you know any pigeon fanciers around where you live i'm sure they would take it in until the owner can be contacted. Well done on looking after it and taking the time to put its number on the site

I,ve a number of a fancier from YSTRADGYNLAIS is that close to you if not they maybe able to put you onto someone closer.

Just checked through the 2010 ring list dont have the 2011 one (GAIL) found this one in Port Tennant MR.R.FRAYNE 01792 416346 hope that helps.

That last phone number was coincidentally for someone who lives on my street and has now taken my guest off my hands, so cheers for everyones help!
