Need Info On Euro Court Case For Bop

As I'm at work and cant get to my BHW can anyone get the details of the european court case that recently ruled about compensation for losses due to BOP. I'm going to look into it in more detail and need the info pretty quickly please.

i thought it was in the BHW but got home and cant find it. I'm sure i read about it somewhere, maybe it was someone on here aarrgghhhh!!!

 

if anyone can help me with info about it please let me know asap, I'm trying to get the ball rolling to help us all but cant do it on my own!!!
