Hi

 

I have found a pigeon in my garden. It looks like it has hurt it's leg and can't fly.

 

Anyone know what to do next with him?

The first thing is to contain the bird in a suitable sized box or even in a garage or shed,you could then give it some water and small feed i.e.canary or budgie seed or even rice if you have any of those,then if you can tell us whereabouts you are situated there may be someone on here near to you that will pick the bird up.
