Well done to Derek Larkin on making it 2 on the trot in this very competitive club .Altough the high velocity would suggest a very easy race there was still plenty of birds on the missing list at strike off time .Maybe those missing will make it home throughout the rest of the day .Our esteemed president Mr.Liam Donnelly had his usual witty comments to make and today he thought the shavings from the baskets got home before the pigeons such was the strength of the tail-wind .Next week sees the first of our channel races on a double header weekend .Marking for Talbenny in the club from 8.00-9.30 AM Friday 27 May.Good luck to all .M.E.
