got my y/bs today off spincycle very nice young ins even put in an extra 1 thanks very much Jim

thanks alan...there are the first ybs i've ever sent out by courier. i must admit that ,despite being a fancier for six years and some modest sucsess , i found the 'project' quite stressful. all i've ever done is wean ybs to yb loft and let them make up.....when you send them out its a question of 'are they ready?' or 'will they be to strong if left'....i've learnt a bit and HTH is a brilliant cause :emoticon-0157-sun:

also thanks to oldyellow (mark) because he gifted me 4 ybs to bring on for the distance. he did this for me unprompted after my rather miserable first attempt at lerwick. the birds were ready at the same time as BWF's and uk couriers did their usual brilliant job. :emoticon-0157-sun:

next week the birds i bought from albear in the arson sale will get their first race as they begin their education that will hopefully take them to scotland next year. albear sadly isn't on the site anymore...which is his choice but i miss him. :)

stuff like this is what makes the site great...i feel the internet and sites like PB offer real hope to our hobby as you're never alone. long may PB and its members prosper :D
