PIGEON_MAN Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 Anyone have any idea how to transfer Irish Homing union rings, i have the ring cards, do i just send these off to the RPRA??To transfer a Irish ring I would say you would have to get a signed Irish Homing Union transfer from the previous owner and send it to the IHU,if you just want to register the bird with the RPRA in your name you just send off the proof of ownership to them.
