hi i have 7 yearling hens i intend to race celibit this year i have the chance to get them trained on the line of flight twice a day from 15ml and once a week from 55ml on a wedensday would that be ok or should i still let them out at home morning and night for the hour

First, if these are spare birds, hens will pair up given the chance, and in my opinion you want to encourage them to do that, because that will give them more motivation, flying to a mate and dummy eggs, or a youngster.

 

I don't think you need to train them twice a day, they need some home time, so a combination of exercise morning or night, and training night or morning.

 

You might want to cut back to 1 x 50 as you get further into the season. And choose when to start and when to go.
