an elderly friend of mine won a unikon pc200 system in the midland national and when in blackpool told there sales rep this and bough a pocket clock as the guy said it would work fine, on trying it today it want register the pocket clock has anyone else had this problem.

I know that the 200 isnt pocket clock ready but surely the rep in blackpool knew this but sold it anyway.

I think its out of order that they took advantage on an elderly man if they knew full well it wouldnt work.

I'd contact Deister on 01775 717100 for Technical advice. If they confirm that it isn't an operator error and the pocket clock is not compatible, then take it up with Customer Services on the same number, for a refund as the clock was sold not fit for purpose.

Try adding 2 or 3 birds to the member on unikon manager and then synchronise the clock. When we first used the Unikon system 4 years ago I had the same problem and found out I had to add birds after which it worked fine.

You are right in what you are saying that the 200 isn,t ready to take a pocket clock,I believe what you have to do is get in touch with UNIKON and they will give you a code to put in to make it work,I agree this should have been explained to the guy when the pocket clock was bought.
