Remote Darkening Ideas

Hi All,

I have decided that my 2011 young birds will go on the darkness system, my main problem with this is I leave for work at around 6.30 am and dont get home untill 7pm

I was thinking of purchasing an electric blind or curtain track and wiring it up to a timer, but this option looks like costing £200-£300, has any one any better ideas or cost effective systems they have instaled in their loft ? thanx in advance Chris.

Have you considered keeping the loft darkened, and have a light on a timer installed in the loft, worth a try and a hell of a lot cheaper m8http://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/emoticon-0137-clapping.gif
