Lorry pushing car sideways down A1 (M)

Has anyone seen the footage on Sky news of the lorry pushing a car sideways at 60mph down the A1(m) near Wetherby, West Yorkshire, the driver of the lorry never realised it was there. !!!!!!

Can't believe the driver couldn't see it and how did it get in that position, perfectly square to the front of the lorry in the first place!

i have seen a woman being run over head on by a lorry and the driver said he couldnt see her. i have been in trucks and its possible.
